The PNP for Saskatchewan is the Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program or the SINP. It has four major categories

International Skilled Worker Category
Under this category, people who are skilled workers and intend to work and live in the province can apply. The category uses a points system and has three sub-categories.
International Skilled Worker – Employment Offer
Under this sub-category, people who are skilled workers and have been offered employment in their field by an employer from the province can apply.
International Skilled Worker – Occupations In-demand
Under this sub-category, people who are highly-skilled workers in a field that is in demand in the province and do not have employment in their field can apply. Applications are based on the Expression of Interest system.
International Skilled Worker – Saskatchewan Express Entry
Under this sub-category, the province can select from the Canadian Express Entry system those people who have skills and work experience in a field that is in demand in the province.
Saskatchewan Experience Category
Foreign workers living in Saskatchewan at the time of application can apply under this category. The following are the relevant sub-categories under this category.
Health Professionals
People who have been working as nurses, physicians or other health professionals in the province for six months at the least can apply under this sub-category
Hospitality Sector Project
People who are working as cleaning or housekeeping staff, kitchen helpers, food counter attendants or food and beverage servers in the province for six months at the least can apply under this sub-category. Their employers must obtain permission from the Province of Saskatchewan before they can start working in the country.
Long Haul Truck Driver Project
People who have been driving for an approved trucking firm in the province for six months at the least can apply under this sub-category.
Students
People who have completed graduation from a qualified post-secondary educational institution in the country and have been working in the province for 24 months or six months at the least (if they’ve graduated from an institute in Saskatchewan) can apply under this sub-category.
Entrepreneur and Farm Category
People who want to own and actively run a farm or a business in the province can apply under this category. It has two sub-categories.
Entrepreneur Sub-Category
People who want to invest funds and managerial talent in the province by starting, purchasing or co-owning an enterprise can apply under this sub-category. They must be involved in the enterprise in a managerial capacity. Applications work on the Expression of Interest system.
Farm Owners and Operators Sub-Category
Farmers who have a substantial amount of funds and are interested in buying and running a farm in the province and settling here can apply under this.
International Graduate Entrepreneur Category
People who have completed graduation from a qualified post-secondary educational institution in the province and are interested in establishing an enterprise in Saskatchewan can apply under this sub-category. They need to run the enterprise for at least a year to be eligible.
